Best bottle to drink on the dock while fishing for fresh Dungeness crab. Super fizzy, dry, and strawberries that remind of summer sun. Love. — 7 years ago
Funky and savory. Good salinity. Dry on the front of the palate, but juicy on the back. Papaya and sage on the nose. If I drank this next to a good light American wild beer, not sure I'd be able to pick which was wine and which was beer. — 8 years ago
Intensly dry earth aromas with a balanced Brett/funk component. Integrated tannins with wonderful fruit to acid balance. Well structured. — 8 years ago

Picked up at the winery in Gigondas back in May, this is excellent. Great aromas of blue and black fruits, some lavendar, and a hint of earth, this has a beautiful mouthfeel with a subtle acidity and sweet tannins that keep it alive on the palate. Great, lingering finish. This winery was far and away the biggest surprise we had on our trip to CdP (in a good way!). Just reconfirms that Gigondas has some of the best QPR wines around (especially if you’re like me and love grenache!). — 5 years ago

Light, delicate, rustic, earthy, with great acidity. It wants food and it wants to bed one of your parents. Or both. Or you. — 8 years ago
Hints of rose and mouth drying tannins typical of a Nebbiolo. Good well balanced with a good finish. Medium bodied. — 8 years ago
Thanks @biondivino wine boutique for introducing me to this producer. Old school, leathery, dusty sage, thyme, tart cherry. What more wine from Tuscany should taste like. — 9 years ago
