The wine appears as a very pale yellow in the glass. Its nose suggests more citrus and minerals than flowers and fruit. The aromas come across as a savory salinity, not the dainty sweetness which afflicts many Pinot Grigio wines. The palate follows suit, with a bit of the sea in the flavor profile that centers largely on limes, lemons and grapefruit. The finish is medium long and the minerals are the lasting impression.
