Great acidity to balance the sweetness. Perfect after dinner wine with desert. — 8 years ago
This prosecco is clear and pale lemon in colour.
The nose is clean and pronounced with aromas of pear, green apple, melon, peach, honeysuckle and acacia.
On the palate it is dry with high acid, low alcohol, medium body and a medium (+) intensity similar to that of the nose. It has a long finish and is very elegant.
I think this is an outstanding wine with well defined floral and fruity characters. — 9 years ago

Drank last night and don’t remember the full profile but damn good. Good fruit with very subtle to nonexistent tannins. Good length. Last bottle and better than last one opened. Drink 2005 brunellos now. — 5 years ago
