2015 Carignan is everything- fruit, carbonic, structure and more fruit. A complete pleasure bomb! — 7 years ago
Absolutely magical stuff. Meat, stone, blueberry, and nice acidity considering it was likely a larger wine in it's youth. — 8 years ago
2012 on march21, 2017 after a one hour decant. Wow, rose petals, bright acidity, more earthy than fruity, medium body. I really like that it's 12.6% Alc. Extremely small production ( 588 bottles ). — 9 years ago
Purity purity purity. Farming and winemaking so deep in the soul of the earth you can feel and sense it at every turn. Every drop of this wine is blood sweat and tears. Not many can achieve such AND it’s delicious and not at all big or overripe. Well done. — 6 years ago
A blend of Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. Very tart red fruit with a subtle ripeness , minerality notes of dried herbs. — 7 years ago
Soulful and distinctly not like any other cab I have enjoyed. Had that granite undertow — 8 years ago

A substantive rosé. Really tasty. Almost too much so. But not a throwaway rosé. One that leaves a mark. — 6 years ago

120 year old Cinsault vines. Ever since drinking something by Clos Saron I think non-gnarly cinsault tastes blue, somehow. This is blue and quite damn good. — 9 years ago

Lovely Burgundian PN seemingly at its peak - lots of lifted red and black berry fruit, pomegranate, some orange peel. Pine needles and Chinese five spice. The perfect amount of VA is energizing. Acid is still driving and in balance with the fruit and the softened tannins. Actually reminds me a bit of the Clos Saron pinots, with the VA and quite similar structure at this age. — 5 years ago
