A bit of a bite, with wonderful bright cherry flavor — 3 years ago
Very mineralic at first. Blueberry's, pepper and a very mouthwatering acidity. With some air the fruity es will grow stronger, remarkably strong but never like jam. Always light, funky and with a touch of pepper and a hint of leather. A Zweigelt to remember. — 4 days ago
light, crisp - good when chilled.
Nothing too crazy, easy apero wine — 6 months ago
apricot, orange, golden apple skin, grapefruit, orange peel, prickly pear, sage, very salty! — 2 years ago
Incredible aromas, so many layers. Palate is not quite as impressive but that just says a lot about how intoxicating the nose is. — 3 years ago
Dry with notes of grapefruit initially and then more mandarin as it opened up. Some sweetness of the nose. Nice salinity and acidity. — 4 months ago
Bright, would be good for summer. Slight bubbly feel — 5 months ago
Weekend wine with parents continued. I didn’t have to think long when trying to decide what wine to bring for my short weekend visit. I picked Bacio Divino because it is always a crowd pleaser. The wine is described as being one that “Cabernet devotees as well as those who appreciate artful blends can enjoy.” I agree 💯. My mom describes this wine as being “delicious” — winner.
Bacio Divino is lead by the husband and wife team, Claus and Diane Janzen. This wine is their flagship wine that uses Cabernet sourced from Beckerstoff’s Heritage Oakville and Rutherford vineyards. The wine also includes a small amount of Sangiovese and Merlot.
2016 details: 94% Cabernet, 5% Sangiovese, 1% Merlot. 14.6% ABV. Kirk Venge is a consulting winemaker. 215 cases. — a year ago

i love this unfiltered rosé blend. it didn’t taste much like a rosé since it had a little more body than most rosé’s - more medium bodied. the lack of filtration gave it some nice texture. it does bright raspberry noted balanced by some gripping tannins. i am into this! i’d love to have again. i had at frog bar and haven’t seen this bottle before — 6 days ago
