A nice mix of black/blue/red fruits, lightly spiced, Medium to full bodied, feels like a bit of whole bunch (?) nicely dry savoury finish, tannic, crisp acidity. 93 as I thoroughly enjoyed sitting at their new cellar door with the afternoon sun filtering through the gums. — 4 years ago

Brief notes. Peach and pear together with spice and a trace of pepper. Plenty of power on the palate. Probably one of Australia’s best examples of Gruner Veltliner. Bought at the Cellar Door in the Adelaide Hills in March 2021. — 6 months ago

Gave this a good several hours breathing before dinner, and it’s just starting to unfurl. Still young, but showing why it’s such a revered wine. Plenty of layers beginning to reveal themselves, berries, purple fruit and florals amongst them. Medium bodied and surprisingly soft on the palate, with tannins playing a secondary supporting role. Delicious drinking right now and will be amazing to revisit in years to come. — 8 months ago
Smooth and elegant. Acidic w mineral and white pepper notes w just a touch of Brett. I imagine this is what Syrah tasted like 100 years ago. 😊🙏🍷 — 4 years ago
