Juicy Grenache dominate aromas with red raspberry, strawberry and red cherry fruit. The nose has a nice herbal edge with notes of fresh and dried thyme plus a hint of soy. Sufficiently mature so as not make enemies with any palate (or bffs). Drink it if you got it now. Not much fruit left in the tank. What's left is dark. Deep purple in the glass. Mellow and soft now. Finish on the short side. Still, an enjoyable find. — 9 years ago

Beautiful aromatics on the nose. Bright red cherry and cranberry fruit, clean minerality, with an underlying earthiness on the palate. Very good balance of fruit/acidity with supple tannins for a young wine. This wine needs some time to open up but showing very elegantly now.

'Fruit is 100% destemmed and slightly crushed before transferred into stainless steel tank. The punching of the cap is done twice a day BY FOOT. The wine is then aged in French oak barrel (70% new) for 12 months.

2007 vintage. Vieilles Vignes. Medium brick garnet hue. Herbal, white flower, white pepper, earthy and forest floor. Very attractive nose. On the palate, great balance of fruit and tannins - tight grain. Herbal character to the fore, black currant and slight mint. Good length.
