2022 vintage. Ondulations (first vintage 2019), is an attempt to produce a more contemporary style of Bordeaux, without oak ageing. It's been aged in amphorae and wine jars, and it is delicious. Fruit-driven, fresh and velvety, with good length and purity. Great value. Abv. 14%. — 5 months ago
