Lively and bright with a nice yeasty prominence. Overall a fresher style. A nice moderate style of champagne. — 6 years ago

Just a great Champagne. Very good with food. — 9 years ago
Nose has rising bread dough, bruised yellow apple, oxidized yellow apple and moist chalk.
Palate has dried ginger, risen bread dough, under-ripe yellow apple, oxidized apple peel, superb mineral core and very long finish with lightly sweet, buttered popcorn. Just wow, love the vintage offers from P-F!
We're enjoying our first fire in the chimenea on this cool late summer evening, just one of many to come the rest of the year.
24 Hour Update: Still the same, still bubbling, perhaps a little more depth to the oxidized apple note, but just beautiful. — 5 years ago
