Palate has dried ginger, risen bread dough, under-ripe yellow apple, oxidized apple peel, superb mineral core and very long finish with lightly sweet, buttered popcorn. Just wow, love the vintage offers from P-F!

24 Hour Update: Still the same, still bubbling, perhaps a little more depth to the oxidized apple note, but just beautiful.
