Nice everyday wine. No dry tannins. — 5 years ago
Mildly floral and only barely perceptible spice in the nose, with a fresh, dry, tannin feel and lovely medium finish that imparts only a hint if sweet ... I f***ing love this wine. It earns all its own points on taste, but gets an additional honourable mention for being UNDER $20. Buy a case or three right now and thank me later! — 8 years ago
1997 old vine Chablis - Lemon meringue pie, with some yellow apple. Less minerality than I expected but shows on the finish. Potentially starting to approach it's peak at this age. — 9 years ago
A blend of Grenache from the right side of the Rhone river and Syrah from the left side cooler adds some freshness — 12 years ago
Lived up to all expectations. Beautiful balance, nose and structure. Crisp stone fruits, slight mineral, hint of pineapple at end. Love it — 2 years ago
Amazing for the price point!! — 7 years ago
Bastide Miraflors came to us like luxury after the other wine wasn't "ideal" — 9 years ago
Surprisingly light. It starts with a floral overlay - it's there then dissipates into a light finish and then gone. Any easy drink — 11 years ago

[80% Tannat, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon] Leather, forest floor, maybe a little Brett, excellent structure and depth, despite its age, seems like it can easily age another 10-15 years, long, lingering finish, excellent Madiran! — 9 months ago
