Best yet of the 08's I've had. Kudos to Laurence for such a fab result from a "difficult " year. Opened for 3 hours but not decanted this was instantly recognizable as a great bottle. If you can find this, buy it; as the 08 value vintage is substantially discounted. — 9 years ago

Premier nez Laurence me souffle fumée... je comprends bien son descriptif que j’associe plus à un côté cendré qu’on retrouve chez DRC. Au nez on a aussi de la rose, des fruits rouges et légèrement un peu de vanille. En bouche, ca explose, ca tapisse, c’est soyeux, mais on voit toutes les saveurs un peu sur la retenue.
