Not quite as yeasty as a rose champagne but quite lovely to celebrate an anniversary — 6 years ago
Light salmon color. Tart on the palate with a mineral backbone. A satisfying acid finish. Clean and crisp, a classic French style rose’. — 7 years ago

Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.

Melon and grapefruit. Light body, balanced finish. — 7 years ago
I love a strong white. Very deep straw color, light nutty cheese notes, helped cut through and temper the sweetbreads it was paired with. — 8 years ago
Monday evening Rosé.... why not! Lovely notes of strawberry, super refreshing. Purchased from #MadameClaudeW — 8 years ago

A fantastic Provençal rosé. I feel like I'm back in Cannes, on the Croisette... so excited about the mussels in cream we are pairing it with. The wine has some grapefruit, but the acid and bitter are well-balanced with some bright freshness. Beautiful pale pink colour too. — 9 years ago
