Bouche mûre suave avec un déséquilibre sur l alcool et l ultra maturité. Ceci disparaît complètement apres 24 h d ouverture. Le vin devient fin précis et délicat

If you are thinking this is Oz shiraz it's a yes, but also a no. Heathcote is the right answer.
Classy, not overripe fruit
Complex and with a little tannin
I can't stop thinking of a Barbaresco with a bit more flesh and maybe just a touch less noblesse

Outstanding, Bérêche has definitely redefined the quality that terroir driven Champagne can produce, needs a large glass/border-line decant, but the structure & noblesse are so well defined, excellent. — 8 years ago
