Phenomenal, 2007 is one of my favorite vintages for Chardonnay and this what it's all about! This wine has age, flavor, structure and acid. Win win win! — 7 years ago
Light garnet with a clear rim and a nose of tabacco/leather with spices like clove & cinnamon (not much fruit nose). Smooth in the mouth with mild acidity & low tannins. Dark plum, blackberry with same flavors as on the nose (a bit spicy on the tongue). Not your average Pinot but quite nice and will pair well with lots of foods. — 8 months ago
Saison DuPont is one of my favorite beers ever, amazingly my first time having this one. Insanely good, fuller body, more lemon oil than cream, pepper, clove, lemongrass, bread. I can’t believe they don’t add spices to this. So freaking complex. Finish lasts well over 30 seconds with lemon, poppy seeds, hay, jasmine tea. Wish I could find more of this. — a year ago

Schoolbook pinot with warm strawberry and sloeberry fruit. Cranberries on the finish. Some oak and spices on the finish. Simply very enjoyable! — 2 years ago
Would have pegged this for Chardonnay. Still delicious. — 5 years ago

BFM = Brasserie Franches Montagne. This is the Flanders Red Ale. A sour ale.
Possibly the best beer I have ever had?
The nose is dried red apple + dried guava +
Tart fruit on the tongue with a finish of sweet malt and tart cherry juice.
A wonderful acid finish that to me is reminiscent of what you might find in a — 8 months ago
