Absolutely love! — 4 years ago
Bellísimo. To my chagrin, not Cerasuola the Sicilian blend but Cerasuola d’Abruzzo (Montepeluciano). Still - rusty red, fruit punch jolly rancher with herbs and lot of effervescence. Like the native yeast here. Another out of mold rose. Enjoying end of summer at in laws pool with Farottos. — 5 years ago
Not your typical Rosé. Darker in color. The wine has nice acidity and cherry and plum notes. This is a great wine to drink on a hot summer day. — 8 years ago
Super dark. Mineral, cherry, leather, lots of bright acid. From Seventh Avenue Liquors. — 9 years ago

Medium ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of black cherry, dried red cherry, luxardo cherry, floral perfume, intense vanilla, baking spices; dry, medium plus acid, medium ripe tannins, medium alcohol, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; long finish, flavors very intense and concentrated, very well balanced, outstanding — 5 years ago

Dark cherry Sicilian blend of Frappato and Nero d'Avola with rustic raspberry notes and soft acidity. 91 — 8 years ago
Wonderful! — 9 years ago
This vintage is darker and more concentrated than in the past, and at 14,5%, this is not your standard rose'. Raspberry, strawberry, an overall smoky/earthy feel, and minimal funk for a natural wine. A touch of sweetness shows up on the finish. Consistently good, year after year. — 9 years ago
2022 still solid sipper! 12.5% — 2 years ago
More dark fruit and juice than the Frappato. I love it. Tasty and fun, juicy with a little pepper / volcanic pop at the finish. — 4 years ago

This is one of the best Italian wines I've had. Absolutely beautiful, balanced, nose is powerful and pallet matches. Bing cherry tart pie with a long finish and a little smoke on the nose — 9 years ago
