Medium salmon pink. Clear and transparent.

Stuffy, earthy aromas of mushroom, wet logs, forest floor. Slightly vegetal and savoury.

Med plus plus acidity, med low tannin, and med low body. Welcome to the funky town. Floral sensations intersperse with savoury notes and barnyard funk. Fruit profile leans toward red cherry, with a bit of raspberry and strawberry.

Very interesting rose. I have never had anything like this before. Would definitely have this again but with food though. 90. — 8 years ago
