Tension, purity, verve and filigree come to mind here and can only take the mind to one place for Chardonnay: Chablis. OK so now the mind is set in Chablis with style but then we take a different take on the finish that was crazy long and pure, dry extract on full display here as this hummed along nicely to the finish.
