Plush and rich without being heavy. Blackberries, currants, and plums with hints of espresso, spice, pepper, and graphite. — 4 years ago

Love the work that the winemaker does, but this was my first Cattleya. Lifted profile with a touch of spice...assuming some whole cluster usage. Perfumed potpourri, spicy red fruits, and black cherry skin on the nose. Medium acidity with stemmy/herbaceous notes alongside violets, more black cherries, underripe plum and peppercorn. — 5 years ago

Alma de Cattleya Sonoma County Chardonnay 2019: Intense aromas. Bright flavors. Nice balance & acidity. Lemon, caramel & oak with a creamy, round textured finish. 100% Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Overall, an impressive & lovely wine from a new, unfamiliar winery. Looking forward to trying a few of their other grape varietals. Cheers🍷 — 3 years ago
