Disg. ‘19- Smoky and complex with typical solera style aromas and oxidation, but there is also an alluring freshness to this disgorgment. Very much needed a decant, but shows so much character, singularity and an expansive palate with a persistent finish. Love love love. — 5 years ago
Rated on day 2: keeps well after being sealed tight and placed in the fridge (love a corkscrew cap). Smells like leather, fresh eucalyptus leaves and raspberry gushers. A jammy medium-bodied red; pairs well with fresh snowfall. Grenache takes on wintery savory, spiced notes thanks to a blend of old/new vintages (Solera method). Lingering molasses and dried basil flavors after final sips. Definitely tried to pour out the last few drops to get another taste ! 😍 — 6 years ago
Medium Brown, medium+ intensity on the nose, caramel, toffee, vanilla, butterscotch, baking spice, dried candy peel. Medium sweet, medium acidity no mouthwatering, fortified high alcohol, full body - chewy texture. Medium+ flavor intensity. Medium finish. — 7 years ago

NV | I am not thát fond about PX but this Lustau blew me away. Luscious smell, multi layered with dates and currants, very vibrant and elegant. It might be that the combination with an Italian chocolate cake, raspberries and berries contributed to my high appreciation. Happiness ☺️. Fantastic effort, very balanced — 5 years ago

What does a NC man do for entertainment- he drives to south jersey to visit a friend - that friend introduces him to a bourbon - solera aged style - so damn smooth - what heat disappears so quick it was shocking leaving an amazing finish - I truly appreciate this recommendation and I am believer Adam - total smiles — 8 years ago

This came across as a rare find.. A Nicaraguan rum that you can enjoy on the rocks. — 8 years ago

A good champagne. Drank kind of… young? Balanced but not graceful, hefty but a little too eager. All of the flavor was BOOM, right up front, and it was more green apple rind than anything. Good - maybe not my thing. — 5 years ago
