Interesting and well made. Carricante plus an (integrated) oak treatment. Savory and iodine notes on the nose. Fleshy, melon and pear. Great texture. Held up great to lamb sous vide with lemon confit. A bit heavy handed but delicious. — 9 years ago

Wow. Takes me back to my Italian days. Such a combination of flavor and drinkability. Rich yet light. Blackberry and citrus peel. Tingle on the tongue. Would pair with anything from the grill or brick oven pizza. — 11 years ago
