Jan 5th, 2014Interesting and well made. Carricante plus an (integrated) oak treatment. Savory and iodine notes on the nose. Fleshy, melon and pear. Great texture. Held up great to lamb sous vide with lemon confit. A bit heavy handed but delicious.
