Overall, light and bright. Slightly sweet, almost tropical fruit (think: white grape juice-based tropical punch), quickly fades to citrus / more structured middle, and then mild acid over woody/grainy notes. Paired with light Chinese, but would work as an accompaniment to fish, chicken, salad, etc. Likely good alone, too. — 8 years ago
