Campo De Piedra

Bodegas Alto Moncayo

Aquilon Campo de Borja Garnacha 2013

P A
9.1

A medium bodied, well balanced, 100% Spanish flagship Grenache grape wine. Yum this is one of the best examples of the storied Campo de Borja region wines scoring a “Wine Spectator” 91. Rich and lush with dusted black fruit and leather tones it coats your mouth with a wonderful smooth feeling of fruit and vanilla velvet leaving log legs. An absolute delight Cheers 🍷 — 8 years ago

Amazing with the ribeye with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Dark red fruits and oaky with balancing tannins. $12 — 10 years ago

I don't usually like Grenache, but this was very good. Easy to drink and good for "every day" drinking. Great value. — 10 years ago

Wow, the wine list from Quince is killer! And Chris knows exactly what she is doing. This wine is a diamond in a rough. — 12 years ago

Campo alla Sughera

Adèo Bolgheri Rosso 2013

Plum, ripe cherry, geranium, raw meat, dry leaves, dusty earth, chicory, baking spice, chalky grippy tannins, m+(1 glass left in bot.) acid, long finish. Needs time. After 3 days una bomba! Interesting to see what it would have been — 9 years ago

Campo de Borja Grenache Blend Rosé 2014

It's a Rosé for everyone. Starts tart but ends with a strawberry sweetness. Reminds me of Sour Patch Kids. — 9 years ago

Legado del Moncayo

Campo de Borja Garnacha 2014

Light and fruity, but balanced, red. Nothing jammy (yay!). Easy to drink but also a good tacos and tapas wine. Very good price. #garnacha #spain — 10 years ago

Bodegas Borsao

Selección Campo de Borja Grenache Blend 2014

— 9 years ago

Bodegas Barco de Piedra

Ribera del Duero Tempranillo 2011

The '11 Bodegas Barco de Piedra Tempranillo is proof that good wine doesn't have to be expensive. Bluish purple in color, this medium-bodied wine emits a bouquet of black fruits, cherries, licorice, pepper and leather. It's delightfully creamy, velvety and complex. Very impressive for the money. — 13 years ago
