Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour alongside the 2005 vintage. The 2009 “Giulio Ferrari” pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with lovely notes of spiced apple, passion fruit, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and fresher than the 2005 vintage. Drink now. — 9 months ago
Super lecker! Nice pearls as well 😁 again very delicious apple notes and a freshness which is dangerous if you plan to stay sober. — 4 years ago
Very nice. Finish. Highly aromatic. Citrusey. Medium bodied. Much like a light oyster Bay. Buy again! — 6 years ago
Très en finesse, style merlot/gamay avec Marie. — 7 years ago
One of the best Malbec in this price range. — 9 years ago
Alto Adige on full display with tart bitterness of pitted fruits and slate. Lush tropical notes and a hint of vanilla (the Chard?) round out the frame. Not much of a finish to speak of. Crisp enough for seafood, but with a ripeness that will pair well with a host of cheeses or your favorite South Asian hot sauce. QPR heaven too! — 10 years ago
I don't usually like Grenache, but this was very good. Easy to drink and good for "every day" drinking. Great value. — 11 years ago
Dry white that was great with a variety of cheese and fruit — 11 years ago

Pale lemon with green highlights. Fresh herbal aromas - honey, straw, and pear. Bone dry, medium+ acidity with honey, hay and green apple flavors. Crisp, light and refreshing with a nice stony character. — 8 years ago
Concentrated cherry and singing acidity. One of my favorites from Elisabetta and back on our list. — 10 years ago

My 40th birthday. — 12 years ago
Spicy, crunchy red fruit on the nose. All cranberry, raspberry, with some smoke and minerality with some hints of natural wine musk. Color is super light and pale, cranberry like red, with a light body and a beautiful, fruit punch of a palate. Flavor lingers for a loooong time, fresh with nicely integrated minerality, a little tartness in there, but dry, with all that juicy fruit, with that same kinda volcanic, smoky element skulking in the background. Great chilled, easy drinking juice that punches way over its weight class! — 8 months ago
And now for something different…
Minerality, yellow plums. Nice acidity and finish. — 10 months ago

Very easy to drink, good blend. — 8 years ago
Pomegranate, frozen strawberries, cranberry concentrate, rhubarb, white pepper, raspberry tea. Snapping acidity, light medium bodied, juicy texture, minimal crunchy tannin presence, long fruity slightly smoky finish. Aromatic, alpine freshness persists, as evolved as schiava/vernatsch/trollinger gets. — 9 years ago
Pretty solid when you've already been drinking. — 10 years ago
