The nose has freshly cut, crisp bell pepper, pear juice, lychee nut and a cup of fruit cocktail. The palate is zippy and high in acidity but there's a full, creamy body that evens everything out. There's Flavors of Apple, lychee nut, pear juice, and nectarine. A solid go-to Fume. — 9 years ago

Very light, clear, young nebbiolo ... super dry.

So this clearly isn't going to support my meat. Going to have to go by the glass. This would match with a shrimp cocktail or other light appetizer. Why did I order this bottle?
