The fruits are ripe and bright. Watermelon, Rainer cherries, thinned pomegranate juice. The minerality is more pronounced than most roses. It's razor sharp and near perfect as is the acidity and gritty chalkiness. Excellent pairing with the Burrata, roasted garlic/tomatoes, pesto, balsamic and chopped pistachios. — 9 years ago
