Bought this on the stopover in Canada on the way to my brother's wedding in China. Drank it in Mass. with him and his wife the next year. Very rich color and fresh flavor. — 9 years ago
Solid example of an unfiltered wheat beer brewed with some toasted malt — 9 years ago
All the great great characteristics of petit Verdot but in a fresh style — 10 years ago
This rye kicked your older brother's ass, while you played tidily-winks. Shame on you! But big up to this stupendous beast!! Forget the soft nose which goes from resinous plant oil to cookie dough, and get into it with this conquering ruler. This ain't sugar whiskey, but pine nettle into caramel coated Rosemary, fresh chopped oregano, gum Arabic that rides into fine olive oil, popsicle stick with coconut residue, and nitrogen-rich smoked ice. Arid and fine dusting of red clay to the finish line. Marvelous monster. — 10 years ago

Very good red blend from Washington State. Fruity with cherry and spice with a hint of cocoa. Wonderful and simple. Did enjoyed a lot with pulled pork. — 9 years ago

2014: Now we are in the presence of royalty so mind your P's and Qs. Te Mata 'reputedly' make the best NZ red in Coleraine and this is the little brother's er little brother. It is beetroot red showing it is as fresh as a daisy. But the taste is already exceptional for the year and the price at $22. No cab sav grassy rebellion and no merlot tart it is refined, low acid low sweetness. Like the All Blacks No. 10 we obviously have depth in numbers and age. It is a delight to drink and will surely improve. I like it — 10 years ago

Might be the only vintage with this label. Phil's grapes, Tony's winemaking. Sam's brother's crayon artwork. Had that old sweet bbq sauce thing goin' o, — 8 years ago
