Cab franc I actually really like. Reminds me a.touch of division loir style blend. — 4 years ago
@Mesa in Zurich - the wine has lovely expression of fresh fruits, with pomegranate and cranberry accents, on a slightly spicy background. — 5 years ago

Light, spicy, Juicy and smooth: A simple joy can be as satisfying as any complex piece of art, if made on point. Try this easy going Cabernet Franc and try to proove me wrong! — 6 months ago

Wine club selection October 2019, tastes like a crisp cold fall day - nice tannin, rich with a light peppery dark fruit taste — 5 years ago

Earthy, brambly. Tobacco, bell pepper, black pepper, graphite, black currant. — 7 years ago
Lovely smell and full mouthfeel. A real kick from the tannins to end it off (a tad too much without food). — 6 months ago
Definitely has the depth and meatiness of a Bourgueil Cab Franc. Almost an inky ruby in the glass, raspberry and bright cherry/ripe plum. More fruit-driven and less green than I expected but very drinkable! — a year ago
Rubis clair

Bouche fraîche délicate à la matière mûre mais fraîche

Slightly carbonic, savory peppery stuff going on. Really great natural Loire cab franc. — 5 years ago
Shows nicely! Fruit is gone, but leaves pleasant smoke/embers on the nose, some licorice root — 6 years ago
What else to do on a snow day but open great wine — 6 years ago
Contrary to most reviews I liked this - a lot. This wine is different. Very soft mouth feel with the bubbles. Has tart fruit but a little barnyard funk on it. Had with a cheese and charcuterie board which was perfect with the slight sweetness of the wine. If you're looking to try something a little off the beaten path - this is it. — 7 years ago

Not for the timid if an in-your-face Cab Franc is one’s introduction to the varietal. That said, a few put away in the cellar will bring much joy down the road. At the moment the wine is defined by dark berries, orange peel, green pepper and yes, even herbes de Provence. Crazy, I know. While a Fleurie and Limniona will bookend tomorrow’s Thanksgiving meal, a sneak pour of this Cab Franc is all but guaranteed. Can’t wait! 🦃🇺🇸🦃 — 6 months ago
