I can't believe I didn't rate this or write it up at the time. A suggestion from Rory Pugh, the sommelier at the Grand Del Mar (Fairmont) in San Diego. I forget if we were at Amaya or Addison. Regardless, this was a great suggestion by Mr. Pugh and an eye-opener. Went great with our entrees, which I'm sure were meat-centric. Had it again in Boston at Craigie on Main many months later.
