2002 Domaine Dujac Charmes Chambertin burgundy. Drank w K during date night at The Grill. Decanted for a while and glad we did. Drank perfectly and well, despite being such a young wine. Beautiful dark fruit, some vanilla and oak, but balanced. Beautifully complex with layers of mineral and earth notes. Such a treat! — 10 years ago

Home from vacation. Time to grill some steak and drink some wine. It's drinking nicely right now. Dark blackberries and graphite on the nose. More nice fruit and mellow tannins on the palate. Finishes medium plus in length with a mild and pleasant smokiness. — 11 years ago
