Flavors of tobacco, blackberries, blueberries, black licorice and dark chocolate. Nice hint of oak on the long and lingering finish. Abundant acidity, medium alcohol and bone dry. The nose is plum, funk, mushroom, loads of earth and rocks, tobacco, and a whiff of lavender. The tannins have started to relent revealing more balance and freshness as it recedes. The purity of the aromas has deepened, with the flavors following along. Great value at about $16 from this lesser known part of Castilla Y Leon. 🇪🇸 — 10 years ago
