PI 3,1415... is the result of the selection of 3.14 Ha. of the local grape Garnacha Blanca from 60 years old vines.
Lovely nose with beeswax, peach, melon, green apple and notes of honey and slightly buttery, medium bodied with the same fruit flavors, fine acidity with a nice nutty note, 89DSP — 6 years ago
Riesling from Langa. Very fine. Had it with Paolo, Ferruccio and Cristiano. High school friends reunion after 28 years! Memorable. Had it with vitello tonnato e carne cruda. — 8 years ago

Mary BD 11/19/21 with suckling pig. Opened at the end. Terrific Barolo with all the classic varietal profile. Pleasure to drink though didn’t quite match the Brunello in pairing the pig. Last one and winery defunct. — 3 years ago

Inky, black and red fruit, smoky, delicious. I taste dried fig, black cherry, and some earthy terroir. Ripe tannins as well. It's a delicious wine, would probably do well to age. Medium body, fairly long, good intensity, not incredibly complex, quite expressive with the flavours that are there. — 8 years ago
