El Molar is an unusual 100% Garnacha from a region known primarily for Monastrell/Mourvèdre. It is sourced from the estate’s youngest plots in El Molar, planted between 2004 and 2010 on sand and chalk soils. Aged in large foudres and barrels for 14 months. Light ruby color. Red fruit. Tart berry aroma but smooth finish. Paired with scallops and asparagus but will be great with a meaty dish. — 8 years ago

A perfect 10. The perfect balance of fruit and spice. Tempranillo grapes are the best 🥰 — 6 years ago

Concentrated dried red fruits. Lonnggg finish. Surprisingly medium+ acidity. — 8 years ago
(17/20) Интенсивный аромат, в котором доминируют красные ягоды с нотами ванили и подлеска. Относительно высокая кислотность и гладкие танины. Долгое послевкусие. Красивое, зрелое вино на пике формы. — 9 years ago

Picked up 8 cases. At 5.85 CAD a great bargain for a nice rose. A lovely Grenache for the Summer, but full flavoured enough to enjoy year round. A great second bottle after a nice Chardonnay with Thanksgiving turkey. — 3 years ago
