A bouquet of perfection! Opus delivers the perfectly balanced Bordeaux blend. Fantastic “olive oil like viscosity”, silky smooth mouthfeel and chewy tannins on the finish Starts out with black cherry on the nose and continues through to a long finish. On the journey through the palate, it adds hints of cola, raspberries, blackberries and an oaky vanilla finish that puts you in a euphoric state of wine bliss. Had the 2018 vintage, which is young but outstanding. Can’t wait to try it in another year or two. It’s a little sweeter than the Susanna, but amazingly mellow. This wine only gets produced about once every 2-3 years. — 5 years ago
