OMG Blair you're totally right! 9.1 all the way!!! — 9 years ago
Good stuff just keep away from Nick Barry if you want to keep any around the house. Put up there with Laphroig. — 10 years ago
Needs some time obviously but paired beautifully with chef Blair miller's leftover spice rubbed sous vide rack of lamb with veal demi... — 10 years ago
Another really solid Blair Vineyards Syrah. Very dark intense Cherry fruit flavors with a hint of spice and vanilla notes. Tannins are now very soft. Looks like it's an unfiltered wine as there is a lot of sediment. Does not bother me, but could be troubling to others. Really good vintage. — 8 years ago
A lovely sparkling grenache rose! Dry, crisp, and great for our salmon salad. Blair will be joining us Friday 5/27 at dinner pouring some of his wines. Come in and try some with your meal! — 9 years ago
Good balance of oak and floral notes and smokey caramel with a mild burn — 8 years ago
Just a baby, though I agree with Blair it's not well integrated right now, check back in 2-3 years. For now the nose is chunky with popcorn and oak overtones, though the palate has the typical La Romanee salinity and minerality, it too shows signs that it needs a few more years to gain seamlessness. — 9 years ago
Funky nose, strawberry, aromatic
Dry, savory, gamey, spicey med-long finish — 10 years ago
This will continue to surprise me. — 10 years ago
