I’m not a big pro at white wines but wanted something refreshing to sit outside with to enjoy today’s cooler weather. I normally like unoaked Chardonnays but I do like Francis Coppola wines so thought I’d try this one. It’s very dry with tropical fruit tastes. Has a nice long finish that makes you want the next sip. Now all I need is some sharp white cheese and crackers! — 7 years ago

When you pop one and decant and then taste you never really know what to expect but gratefully my family on Delectable has helped me so much - I know it is holidays speaking but we have so much as a group to thankful for - to you and yours - have a glorious holiday
This wine has been resting for a long time - I have decided to start drinking wines that I was storing as I cannot take them with me so Dilly Dilly
What a wine what a wine what a mighty good wine
Dark purplish red as is the season - when I taste I immediately smile and laugh with hohoho sound - the smell is amazing with all the kitchen sink ingredients but somehow I smell mistletoe and cinnamon - ''tis the season again" - and the finish is long like when you watch a big snowflake fall from the sky - it takes forever and ever
Starting my annual Christmas wine journey and again thank you folks for making the wine taste even better with your likes and comments - more wine to come tonight and tomorrow

An always impressive effort, this Bordeaux style blend never disappoints. This vintage is par for the course- a big wine, with thick chewy tannins and rich mocha cherry flavors. The lingering finish is lice aniseed pop rocks on the tongue. — 8 years ago

The Summer Honey from Big Sky Brewing is a light and crisp beer with a dash of honey (without being too sweet!!). A perfect refresher after a hike to a beautiful alpine lake! @Taylor Angino, we'll enjoy it with you next time!🏔🐻🐿 — 7 years ago

Interesting wine, aged for 12 months in Hungarian oak (60% new), aromas of dark fruits and floral spice. Full body with big blackberry flavors, pepper spice and toasty notes. Lively acidity, firm tannins on lingering finish ending with sweet notes of vanilla spice. — 8 years ago
Big fan of Hess wines, and this one doesn't fail to satisfy. Very balanced, great body, not too fruity. Very enjoyable. — 8 years ago
Big fan of this one. Nice fruit and tannins. — 9 years ago
Very akin to the warm santa inez sunshine - pleasant and bright on the pallet, but somewhat lacking depth and complexity. Cherry and tobacco — 9 years ago
This dark ruby wine’s nose shows bright red cherry and plum, black pepper and hint of vanilla. The palate features big fruit, mocha and a nice savory tobacco edge. Great tannins and acidity make it a wonderful wine to pair with beef. The oak treatment is beneficial, not overdone. The wine finishes strong with fruity earth notes. — 7 years ago
Deep flavor pop, perfect example of southern Arizona wine — 8 years ago
I’ve built up a collection of different vintages on these Edge Hill thanks to @Martin G Rivard introducing me to them. Definitely a decant Chardonnay & day 2 drinker, like a big Cabernet. — 8 years ago

Big flavor. Very good — 8 years ago
Feather is 100% Cabernet. This is made in coordination with Randy Dunn. On the nose, dark, lightly spiced currants. Black oil, loamy soils, black licorice and fresh floral bouquet. On the palate, the mouthfeel is thick & rich. There's a good presence of wood shaving. Rich, ripe blackberries, dark cherries, candied black plum, plum, black raspberries, loamy soils, dark rich moist earth, leather, tobacco, spice-box, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, black licorice, violets and fresh red florals. Acidity is round and mouthwatering. The structure is big. The tension perfect as is the balance of fruit and earth. This is definitely a Parker wine. It's so easy to drink young, yet will cellar 10-15 years nicely. Photos of the tasting rooms hand blown glass lighting...lit up.
