Dark cherry, balsamic notes and a hint of rose petal. Tasting week right now but with life left in it for 10 years of drinking pleasure. — 6 years ago
Very engaging, full bodied. Robust but not overpowering in any area. Great flavors. Much less exciting the second day I tasted. — 7 years ago

Have Orangeness with snappy tea bubs — 6 years ago
Musty on the nose to begin. Fruit still forward given the age. Surprising flint and gunpowder notes. Showing it’s age with raisin characteristics. Some Australian honey!

Spicy on the nose, smooth on the finish. Great tannins. — 8 years ago
Rich black cherry aromas, juicy on the palate with soft acidity and soft tannins, a round and pleasing feel that's super drinkable. I take back my comment about not really liking any Italian wine!! — 8 months ago

Tasted at Enoteca Regionale del Barolo. Young and nice — 6 years ago
A beautifully balanced example of Moscato d'Asti. Off-dry and definitely less sweet than many, this wine emphasizes the appeallingly herbaceous side of Moscato. Orange blossom, clover, honey, acacia and a hint of hay give this real appeal. Terrific as an aperitif with salumi or in Piemonte tradition, with hazelnut cake for dessert — 8 years ago

Called Dolcetto. New Alessandria cuvee for me. Hot pink rim and strawberry sour candy. Unserious bistro wine. — 8 months ago
