Still heaps of citrus, mostly lemon and grapefruit. Very dry and a good match with pork roast. — 9 years ago

Very nice. Soft and smooth. — 10 years ago
We bought this at the cellar door in Mt Barker WA in early January on a trip over there before COVID hit and state borders were closed. First of 6. Dark Ruby in colour. Very peppery on nose and palate with touches of cinnamon - fruit is in the plum spectrum. Drinking this rather young - it will develop more complexity. I personally love this Northern Rhone style. — 6 years ago
Cab type blend dry red wine. — 8 years ago
Another wine from the Langtons Outstanding Classification. A multi regional blend from WA with Cabernet fruit from both Margaret River and Great Southern (Mount Barker). Classic Cabernet descriptors - long living. Deserves its rating as Outstanding. — 8 years ago
Pretty darn good for something below $25. West Cape Howe, you've done it again. — 9 years ago
Shouts out to Brian Barker for buying me this today. Great customer and friend of Ashe's. I'm letting it breath for an hour before enjoying. Parker 90, 2013. Excited
Day two (25 hours open) and it's all there. Smuckers and toast, tannic as fuck, oak on the finish. Bolder than i originally sensed — 10 years ago
Very Alsatian, wet stone, a bit of peppery spice, high acidity. — 6 years ago
The official wine of the Barker/Hankinson clan! Enjoyed thoroughly during Mike+Megan's wedding in Vancouver in August 2018 — 8 years ago
Lovely aged Riesling. Floral with first hints of kerosene. — 8 years ago
Light, rather delicate lemon but has a nice length — 9 years ago
The antithesis of typical overly acidic Aussie Riesling, this has subtle sweetness, texture, honey, grapefruit, not overpowering acid, good length. It's not Prüm or Grosset, it's its own thing and just great easy going, enjoyable drinking. — 10 years ago
Florals, touch of spice; soft, fleshy palate, good deal of zip. Refreshment plus. — 10 years ago

Possibly my new favourite affordable Chardonnay. Just the right amount of malo to add complexity with a distinct fruit character — 6 years ago
