The NV Brut 7 Crus is a very pretty, entry-level wine in this range. Bright, mineral and intensely vibrant, the 7 Crus is all energy. All the elements are so well proportioned. A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this captures all the house signatures with tons of energy and better overall balance than in some previous editions. White flowers, chalk and citrus linger. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2023. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, November 2023)

Nice gold in the glass…medium mousse with deep, ripe red delicious apple and crunchy biscuit notes. Expands as it warms…and takes on gravitas and complexity. Scottish Salmon Pesto, creamy Greek salad, and fresh MI cream corn. I love July weekends just hanging, cooking, sipping champagne. Happy summer, Vinous! — 10 months ago
Single vineyard "Les Belles Voyes" in the famous Grand Cru hillside of Oger. Pale lemon with fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, long lees aging. aromas stone fruits and blossom, bread dough and citrus. On the palate flavors of golden apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and citrus character. Blanc de Blancs, 100% Chardonnay from vineyards in the premier cru village of Vertus, in the Côte des Blancs (40% of wines from the estate’s reserve). Low dosage. Notes of vanilla and yeast. Mostly green apple on the palate. Dry, great chalky texture, somewhat reminiscent of Jura white — 4 months ago
(Disgorged 1/19)- Always my favorite of the Lieux-Dits and without question one of the very best Blanc de Blancs Champagnes on the planet, it’s stunning tonight, rich, powerful and intense with crazy depth to its layers, unfurling in a Burgundy glass to reveal its complex core of rich orchard fruit, roasted nuts, gun smoke, old rum barrels and candied white flowers, all with seamless integration and balance. The palate is generous and detailed, with racy acids, waves of saline laced chalky Le Mesnil minerals and a finish that just keeps going. For me, the BdB benchmark. — 6 months ago
