Never tried this, and wifey recoiled after her first sip, as did I. Nose displays beeswax and spring notes. Palate is oily and viscous, with minimal acidity. Huge dollop of oak complement big layers and complexity. Overtones of maple syrup combine with a quite pronounced oak treatment. I consider this quite unusual and quirky, in a very good way.
