Ripe black cherries dripping juice, a bit of new leather purse. One that’s going to last. Slightly Puckery tannins. Oak planks, smooth and warm with the sun. If the Southern weather weren’t record breaking mid-October, I could wear one of my lonesome sweaters out on the porch as the sky pinks. I’m content, dog by my side- just delicious (the wine). Crab chowder would be tasty- along with some Kelsey Lu cello. — 8 years ago

This is really good. At 15% and a hot day, I was worried this would be too big. But it is so well balanced , no problem. Nose of chocolate. Nice round berry on the palate, easy finish. Great with grilled steak- great after. — 8 years ago
