Huge fan of Weissburgunder of late, more so than the "Pinot Blanc" that I have had from Alsace or Oregon. The minerality and precision that this grape gives you in the right terroir and dutiful hands that don't do too much is enlightening! #weissburgunder #wine — 9 years ago
One of my all time favorites. Great acidity with loads of lychee and pear fruit. Another gorgeous gem from Andreas. — 10 years ago

— 9 years ago
Thanks to @Bill Bender for this one. Getting the primi off to a good start. This is a Chardonnay that wants to be a White Rhone! 🙂😋 Happy TG to all my wine friends! — 10 years ago
Great German Pinot to drink alone or with food. — 10 years ago
One day I'm going to qualify in my mind how Laibel is different than producers from other, more exalted Riesling regions. For now, the best I can do is to say that the Klingelberger is to a dry wine from the Wonnegau as a great and classic Chablis is to a wine from Puligny or Chassagne. It's really a quiet sort of excellence and a subtle beauty. — 9 years ago
@Chris Koupal @Bill Bender you guys must try this one!!! I had it Tuesday night in Charleston. Wow!! — 9 years ago
Probably one the best wines I have had! This was Christmas Eve 2014, but I still remember it! — 9 years ago
Alpine Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Petit Manseng? Super cool and surprising. Nice palate weight from the Chard, nervy herbal tension from the PB and PM. Captivating. Thanks @Patrick Ballow #OliverMcCrum — 10 years ago
Pacherhof Sylvaner. Medium body, crisp with the right amount of fruit and hint of acacia and toasted almond... — 11 years ago

Green Muscat from Austria. This is the first time I've had this varietal. Very unique nose of soap stone. Really enjoyed this wine. Kudos to Dr Carney. — 9 years ago
