Tiny 4000 bottle production growers champagne. A lively fruity taste, dry but not too dry. Slightly hectic bead but very, very good.

Excellent Chilean Cabernet. Full bodied and crisp. Ripe berries. Yummy with chicken parmigiana at The Palm. — 9 years ago
Really excellent. At $9, I should always have this in the house. — 9 years ago
Surprisingly heavy but quite nice. — 6 years ago
It seems like the price of this creeps up every year which is vexing. The speciale is rich and intensely vinous and umami, with cutting acidity (non-malo) tart green apple and mandarin orange, spearmint, spice and toast. Still think I prefer the basic cuvée pound for pound — 6 years ago

Picked this up a few months ago from the state store when I saw Louis Dressner. Seems different from the only other fleurie I’ve had. Lots of earth juice with raspberry. — 5 years ago

Always such a pleasure. Perfect for a rainy Sunday afternoon. White cherries, mineral and some brioche on the lovely nose. So elegant and mineral with a nice delicate mousse. Good sap and concentration. Very juicy. — 9 years ago
Very good first impression, not as full bodied as I expected which was nice. — 9 years ago
At Hog Island Oyster Company in San Francisco at the Ferry Building. Perfect pairing with a dozen on the half shell. With Erik after a hot day at the baseball game. — 10 years ago

5 years is a great spot for this. It's inky and clings to the glass. Blackberry, cherry, cocoa, mint, graphite. Decent structure, it punches above its weight class. I'd do it again, especially with tri-tip.
