Heaven of Tipsy Delight Suirakuten Daiginjo

Forgot to take a pic so using stock. ChatGPT said this was the best quality/price ratio on the menu. I would say it was good/nice but not amazing but I guess 2x multiple is considered reasonable. I picked this over ones that were “cheaper” but I’ve either had or it was a 3-4x which seems silly to pay for a low end sake. Clean, light-weight, decent finish but the IWA was much more flavorful and longer finish. I brought the IWA so can’t compare price. Chef was nice and did not charge corkage on the IWA — 2 months ago
