Bright, fresh, peppery, and vibrant. Cherries, red currants, and rhubarb. Thoroughly enjoyable. — 6 years ago
2012 was a great year in the Willamette Valley and this wine shows it. IMO, Temperance Hill is Adelsheim’s flagship wine. Mineral and fruit, you can almost sense the stone in the soil, and the ripeness of the fruit. — 7 years ago
The 1993 is drinking nicely at 23 years old. Bright cherry aroma and flavors. Long fruit finish. Aging nicely. Drink up over next couple years. — 9 years ago
Absolutely sublime. Citrus highlights with notes of apple and pepper. Smooth and velvety. LOVED it! — 5 years ago
Black cherries, black currants, raspberries, and a hint of spice. Very tasty. — 5 years ago
Beautiful cool-climate Syrah. Still tastes young - plenty of tension. Beautiful. — 6 years ago
