This one nice Viognier. Susan Tipton specializes in Lodi white wines, and this is her calling card. Mellow yellow gold in the glass, the Acquiesce Viognier gives a beautiful nose of apples and lemons with a floral accent. The palate is as refreshing as you would want a wine to be. Holy Smokes! This is crazy whiskey! Roasted corn in a hot caramel spiral with toffee and coffee notes. Unreal organic expressions of gum Arabic, banana cream, cocoanut, linseed oil, sunflower and hazelnut oils, redwoods, cherrywood, lemongrass, sweet leather and cigar box perfumes.
