Amazing quality for Bass Phillips entry level Pinot Noir. Nose with cherry/damp earth notes. Carrying thru to sour cherry on the palate. Good Pinot by any standards. 2010 vintage. Tasted again 29 January 2016. Notes as above. Always a pleasure to drink a Bass Phillip Pinot even if it is their 4th or 5th best cuvée. — 10 years ago
High shoulder fill, extra long cork completely soaked. By some happy coincidence this is the 4th time we have had this in the last 5-6 years. 3 times (including this) very very good and once just good. At this point the secondary leather and cedar aromas and flavors dominate the remaining fruit. Still a fun drink and a good match for roast chicken. Another Winebid bargain! — 11 years ago
1963 Fonseca Vintage Port. D fam dinner at Tap. It was very tight when we first poured, but really opened up. Was completely different 30 min later and again 1.5 hours later. Really enjoyed, but noted to give some air before drinking next time. — 9 years ago

1996 Screaming Eagle. Dinner at Tap w S&L DiM and P&S Co. Superstar. We all remarked how unbelievably balanced this wine was, despite how big it remained at 20 years old. Finish lasted forever and was a truly memorable finish to the evening. — 9 years ago
4th wine of the night!
Tonight's a marathon and not a race! Such an opulent Cabernet. Provided. Y our good friends @Kirk Alexander . Drank like a million bucks and I love the winery owners Bill & Alicia Deem. Their Katrina Cuvee is Awesome as well. It's a wine not often seen in delectable. It an opulent beast! — 9 years ago

Forgot to add this in on the 4th. The Release Party was a lot of fun and we were lucky enough to meet @Shay Aldriedge in person! Also a solid wine and loved the single vineyards we got to try.
Dark purplish ruby red. Tons of baking spices on the nose with black and dark red fruits. Heavy tannins (8/10) and similar notes on the palate. Full bodied and long finish. Drink till 2030. — 9 years ago
