When I opened this bottle a few days ago we rated it 8.8. After a few days of air, it’s in another world of complexity.

Dry, some tannic melon 🍈 , juicy at its very end.

Update: an all together different wine after a day of air. The tannins have softened & the wine is now juicy from start to finish. Still melon & green pair too. — 2 months ago

A beautifully elegant fruit forward wine using the grapes from Stanners’ own vineyard & blending them with the grapes from Devil’s Wishbone. The first taste is restrained & austere before the fruit bursts forward.
