Earthy, smooth and dry. Nice balance of acids and tannins with a long finish.

I had this wine 3-4 months ago and thought it was a messy brett bomb, really disappointed with it. Not sure if it was the bottle or the moment but today it's remarkable. Brett is there but it's also got this gamey Cote Rotie thing going that im digging, tons of jam and dark berries. Savory wine. Would def buy again and sit on it.

Tastes like drinking a brisket!! Full on smoked meat. Savory and really cool.
