I cant stop sipping this!!
Would like to see this with a year or two more bottle time, just to see where it goes.
Sight: Clear, pale lemon-green.
Nose: clean, youthful, stoney mineral on top of white floral, white grapefruit pith, peach pit.
Palate: dry, medium plus mouthwatering acidity, medium alc (12.5%). Medium stoney minerality on top of lemon pith, slightly under-ripe peach skin, apricot and riper peach notes in the finish.
